HUNTING: The dove hunts are legendary. Just ask anyone who has been on one. The fields are set up in a way to maximize up to 40 guests per shoot with power lines and strips of pine dividing the 50 acres of open fields dedicated to dove. Its the location and gravel that bring in the doves and if done correctly these fields can be shot at least 3 times a season. The property is loaded with trophy deer and turkey as one might expect from a river tract with rich soils, hardwood drains, open fields, and plenty of bedding area. Very few areas in the State can boast about hunting ducks and harvesting both woodies and big ducks. This is only possible due to the convergence of the Alabama River, Coosa River, Dead River, and natural duck habitat found on the property.
