The land is covered with trees and brush, consisting of Post Oak, Blackjack Oak, Live Oak, Elm, Mesquite, Bee Brush, Persimmon and more. I cant recall seeing any cedar (juniper) on this ranch. The land has granite rock outcroppings, scat-tered quartz and other very interesting rocks, granite gravel and fertile sandy loam soils. There are distant Hill Country views from many locations on the ranch. A very scenic seasonal creek crosses the ranch.
