Restrictive Covenants recorded in Volume 4700 Page 361 (BCDR) are as follows: 1) No used residence or house or single wide mobile home shall be moved to or allowed on the Property. 2) The Property shall never be used or maintained as a junk yard, garbage dumping ground, or area for the storage, temporary or otherwise, of junked, disabled automobiles, trucks or other vehicles, equipment, used lumber, or other materials giving an unsightly appearance. 3) Any modular homes, prefabricated homes or HUD Code Manufactured or Mobile Homes (double wide or greater) must be installed in a professional manner with adequate skirting and fasting down on the Property. 4) Any and all parcels or tracts of the Property shall at all times be maintained by the owner thereof in a neat and clean condition, free of junk and debris. 5) All barns and outbuildings must be maintained in a sound and attractive condition, compatible with the other improvements on the Property. 6) All septic systems shall meet applicable regulations and specifications of the Bell County Health Department or other governing body. No outdoor privies are allowed on the Property.
