Directions

I see on Onxmaps and Google Earth there is access through BLM land from the South starting at Maiden. I explain this route in this listing video please watch for detailed info. Second access option (which is what our photographer used to access the land) is from the north on Armells Rd. 082077 This is a marked road on Onxmaps but travels across private land. The road is in great condition back there, so I assume its being used fairly often. The legality of that access route is unknown to me. Whether its a legal access route or not, my suggestion is working with that neighboring landowner, a surveyor or an attorney to figure out your rights as a landowner of this 17 acre tract of land. When it comes to viewings, I suggest coming in from the south (BLM). Oftentimes, these access questions can be easily resolved between landowners or with an attorney. Ultimately, this is an awesome piece of land for hunting, cabins, and/or recreation in Montana. Its a rare investment opportunity. The property is priced with all things considered and Buyer is responsible for their own viewings, due diligence and homework here. These types of land investments are rare and there is a market for them. Like all of our land deals, this property is being sold as-is and we are open to offers.
