Location: The McAdams 160 tract is located approximately three (3) miles northeast of McCaskill and is described as E of SE, Section 19; N of SW, Section 20; all located in Township 9 South, Range 24 West, containing a total of 160 acres, more or less, Hempstead County, Arkansas.

Tract Description: Access to the McAdams 160 tract is County Road 265 which accesses the southeast corner of the tract, with additional access along western boundary on woods road from County Road 268. Timber consists of native hardwood on 119 acres, and a fifteen-year-old pine plantation on approximately 28 acres. Remaining acreage includes about nine (9) acres of open fields plus ponds. Loblolly pine and Cherrybark oak site index averages 90 feet (base age 50 years) on fine sandy loam and silt loam soils. A 40x60 barn with electricity is located on tract. Excellent hunting and investment property.
