From Lufkin, take Hwy 69 East through Huntington to FM 844. Go south on FM 844 for about 9 miles until the end of the FM road. Turn right on Lambert Chapel Rd and go 1.4 miles to a fork in the road. Stay to the right on Southwell rd. Continue down Southwell for 1.3 miles to a T intersection with Flournoy Rd. Turn right on Flournoy and in less then 0.1 mile turn left on Wayne Johnson Rd (a dirt county road). Travel 1.2 miles to the property on the right, just past a 7 or 8 year old plantation.
