Crittenden County boasts between 10 and 21 Boone & Crockett and Pope & Young deer between the years of 1996 and 2005. As for Lyon County the numbers range between 4 and 10 respectfully. This property has a tremendous amount of sign and has been managed following QDM harvesting guidelines the last 4 years. Deer and Turkey hunting are excellent and the waterfowl hunting is solely dependent on the movement of migratory birds. However, they did harvest some Mallards on the duck pond this past winter.

Lets focus on the main target and that would be the Whitetail Deer. To make this property even better and to guarantee its success as a premier trophy property additional cover should be added and is recommended. Many of the neighboring properties are agricultural farms that are crop based so cover is limited but food is plentiful.
