This is a great multi-use ranch on a paved county road only 45 miles from the Galleria in Bee Cave. You can also get to the city of Llano thats only 20 miles away. This is a great place to hunt deer, turkey, and hogs or just plan out a four wheeler trail and thatd be a blast! You are surrounded by an area with really big ranches so you wont have homes lining your fence line and itll be as quiet as the country can be. Weve seen more than 10 turkeys at once and 11 deer at once at a corn feeder. There is a lot of wildlife!
Views
The views on a clear day are spectacular with many, many miles of views and it looks similar to the foothill mountains in Colorado. These views cannot be beat anywhere around Austin. There are 360 degree views of mountains including Granite Knob which is only 1/2 a mile away, the Riley Mountains, and Packsaddle Mountain. The ranch consists of many different areas that would be perfect homesites from down by the county road surrounded by hundred year old oak trees on a creek to the back of the property on a ridge that would have the 360 degree views of all the mountains in the area.
