Ranching facilities include a metal barn with roll-up doors allowing drive through access as well as a hay and equipment barn. The top of the line galvanized cattle working pens are complete with multiple gates and alleys for separating cattle and vaccinating, calf-weaning traps, and bull traps. Additionally, near the main house is a horse barn with indoor/outdoor stalls, tack-room and feed room, two-horse traps and a two-bedroom apartment.

There are five ponds scattered throughout the ranch along with an approximate eight-acre lake towards the front of the property. Almost three miles of wet-weather Fifteenmile Creek serve as the southwestern boundary of the 15 Mile Creek Ranch.

Native wildlife including Whitetail deer, turkey, quail and dove can frequently be found on the ranch, and several blinds and feeders have been strategically placed for hunting.
