The secluded house sits in the middle of the 15 acres and is not visible from the road or neighbors. The house site is cleared, but heavy woods are left all around. There are large Live Oak, Blackjack Oak, Spanish Oak, Post Pak, and Cedar trees on the property. The underbrush has been cleared on the back half of the property down to the large shop/barn building. A copy of the house plans will be available to the buyer.

Inside first floor:

There are three bedrooms, 2 baths, breakfast room, kitchen, dining room, foyer and utility room on the first floor. All cabinets are custom built maple for this house. The two baths have cultured marble counter tops. The master bath has two sinks, shower, and garden tub also cultured marble. There are walk-in closets in the master and one other bedroom.
