This tract is located off of Interstate 65, Exit 77 between Monroeville and Brewton. This is an excellent small timber and hunting tract. This would also make a nice mini-farm and house sight. The property consist of mostly pine plantations approximately 10 years old. There are two food plots and a shed on the property. There is a creek that runs along the north line. Access is excellent. From I65 go north on Highway 41 approximately 1/4 mile, turn right (east) on un-named county gravel road. Take first left then the next right. Follow gravel road for approximately 1/2 mile. Road will turn north at interstate. The tract is on the right (east) side of gravel road.
