This is big game country, the four leggeds are out here! This area is open from US 82 through the Winding Stairs to US 271.
The kids can ride a mountain bike, a horse or an ATV. It could also be the family hunting camp.
There are 2 creek ways that flow to a larger creek in the back. There are old logging roads that travel through the woods that make it fun and a couple of ponds built by the forest service a long time ago which are on the property line. That may be a bummer but, it only brings in big game because they are well established ponds.
The property is off grid but the property is in a place where one would get all day sunshine for solar for power or set up for wind or of course, the generator. Grandma used a lantern and a wood stove!

Travel north on US 82 pass the intersection of Bengal and go another 1 1/2 miles to 137th and turn right. There is a sign 'Just for You Properties' here.
Travel straight back, all the way to the end. There will be sign at the entrance to the property.
The entrance by the sign travels he east property line back to one of the ponds mentioned.
