Follow the old road down the hill past the clearing to the south end of the property, which consists of a beautiful open creek bottom. This rock bottom creek had water running through it when we visited the property. Deer scrapes and rubs abound on this property, providing a great place to harvest a whitetail in the fall.
The property also comes with a deeded Cruiser dock slip on the Home Owners Associations covered dock. This dock is large enough to put a large boat and a jet ski in it.

Directions
From MO-5, turn south onto State Highway F and continue for 2 miles, keeping right at the fork to stay on State Highway F. Then turn left onto Cozy Cove Road and continue straight as it turns into Lake Road F-8 and wraps around the bend. After going around the bend, take your first right onto Chalk Hollow Road after the long dirt driveway. At the fork go left. In about 500 ft the property will be on your left.
