This is wooded and would be a great hunting, camping area, or off the grid farm. The East property boundary is Prentice Cooper State Forest and hunting management area and the entrance road is through the park. The park is 24,000 acres and has hiking, biking and 4 wheeel trails and scenic views overlooking the Tennessee River. You can hunt here for most Tennessee species. A great get away spot.
