The Ranch is situated on 140 rolling wooded acres in southeastern Gladwin County. It is a state licensed hunting facility with an estimated whitetail deer herd of approximately 30 to 40 animals. Trophy bucks roam these woods, including some rare albinos. There is also a herd of 10 buffalo, wild turkeys, waterfowl, coyote, and even some bobcat. The property is bordered by over 800 acres of marshlands, and thousands of acres of Tittabawassee State Forest. The hunting area includes 4 ponds, and 8 deer blinds. One of those blinds is 12 x 16, insulated and has solar electric and a bathroom. The property has a nice mix of both highlands and lowlands with a good variety of hard and softwoods trees. There are many large oak trees on the property with timber value. Miles of trails wander throughout the property.
