Very rare find! It's not too often a tract of this size with Blanco River frontage becomes available. And it's a pretty place to boot! Evidence of past cedar clearing has opened up many areas, but it still maintains the look and feel of having plenty of cover. Wildlife: Deer! We have observed LOTS of whitetail deer on the property. Game cameras have revealed plenty of deer and wild hogs, as well as other critters native to this area.
Taxes: The McClure River Ranch carries a current Agriculture valuation. Taxes in 2018 were $215.17.
Minerals: The seller wishes to retain all owned minerals, believed to be 100%.
Access: Easy one here. Just pull in the gate off paved RR165.
Location: About 6 miles east of Blanco, Texas on RR 165. And 10 or 11 miles south of Henly. As a crow flies Austin is 36 miles, San Antonio is 48, New Braunfels is 30, and Fredericksburg is about 34 miles. It just doesn't get much more convenient than that!
General: If you are looking for a pretty place, with river frontage, easy access, close to town (Blanco), and in an otherwise super location...you NEED to come take a look at this one.
