This 136.5 acres close to Franklin, AR consists of 36.5 acres of pasture and 100 acres of deer and turkey filled timber. I have never seen as many deer on a place this size, and the turkey population is excellent as well. Pictures really don't do this place justice. This is truly an affordable sportsman's paradise.
