Genly rolling 135 acre tract located in sothwestern Morgan County. The tract has over seven tenths of a mile of paved road frontage on French Hamby Road. Water and electric are available and gas is within a couple hundred feet from the tract. The tract lays well and portions border the Lone Mountain State forest which is a popular destination for horseback riders. Three drainages would likely offer good pondsites. If portions were cleared and converted to pasture this would make an excellent Equestrian Farm. The tract can be divided and we have proposed a subdivision as is shown on the attached maps with tracts ranging from 14 to 35 acres. Alternative subdivisions will be considered but none will be smaller than 14 acres. Asking $400,000 for the whole or $4000/acre for subdivision parcels as are shown on the map.
From I-40 at Harriman Tennesssee take highway US-27 North through Harriman to the split of Highways 27 and 61, from that point take US-27 North about 4.8 miles, then make a sharp left turn on Mitchel Johnson Road 2.3 miles, turn right on Camp Austin Road 1.7 miles, turn right on French Hamby Road 0.7 miles, property located on the left.
