Genly rolling 135 acre tract located in sothwestern Morgan County. The tract has over seven tenths of a mile of paved road frontage on French Hamby Road. Water and electric are available and gas is within a couple hundred feet from the tract. The tract lays well and portions border the Lone Mountain State forest which is a popular destination for horseback riders. Three drainages would likely offer good pondsites.
