Just an hour from Fort Worth sits this beautiful piece of Texas ranchland, part of a larger ranch which has been in the same family for close to a century. Historically, men by the names of Goodnight and Loving settled in this area of Palo Pinto in the late 1800s while building their herds to head west to New Mexico. Its rolling topography is amply covered with mature native oaks and elms, in addition to juniper and mesquite, as well as an abundance of healthy native grasses and forbs, replete with a variety of species of each. Large Whitetail bucks, plenty of does, and even the occasional Mouflan sheep have been harvested from this land over the years.
