Only 26 miles southwest of Rocksprings and 5 miles by well maintained county and controlled access private roads, this excellent wildlife habitat has spectacular views, elevations of 1880' to 2100', pinon pine, liveoak, shinoak and walnut trees and grama, buffalo and bluestem grasses. There are area populations of whitetail deer, axis, turkey, dove, quail and feral hogs. The ranch includes a 955' water well with pressure tank and 550 gallon hilltop storage tank, electric service, septic system, phone booster, storage container, 206' shop with water and electric and a 2009 Prairie Schooner 5th wheel residence with large covered deck.
