This 135 acre tree farm is an excellent buy. It is close to Clinton while still surrounded by rural timberland. It has an abundant supply of wildlife for the outdoor enthusiasts. The return on your investment from the timber growing is comparable or better than many other investments. There is potential income from a thinning that could occur immediately and income from another thinning that should occur in a couple of years. Feel free to call me to discuss these options (Mark Kiser 803-924-4465).
