It appears the last 4 miles are not maintained. No covenants and EXTREMELY REMOTE. If your looking for the Montana Mountain land away from it, this is it! The access road get a little narrow and steeper in spots as you get closer to an on the property. It is recommended to take a 4 wheel drive to get around. Elevation is 5800-6000 feet and this area get a of of snow. 4 wheel drive recommended. May need to bring a chainsaw. I was able to drive all roads with a jeep Rubicon.. There are signs up through-out the property. At one point where the road crossed the Coeur d'Alene trail near East side of property, you can park there and walk the trail North to the property line.(sign), its only takes a few minutes and the property is level with many nice building sites and great views. Recommended to carry bear spray. Verizon cell service works in various location on the property.

Taft exit #5 off I-90 turn South then left again follow east then left under freeway on Randolph Crk rd #286 go 6 miles to Mullan pass then make sharp right onto rd#430 Silver Cable rd. this rd narrows. go 1.25 miles to the old Silver Cable mine continue 1/8 mile up the hill to the property and an intersection.( sign) go right to access the interior property and the East side. or go left up ATV trail to access the West side at the Idaho border. Jeep or ATV recommended!
