124 acres with 33 acres being in the Town of Lyndeborough. If you are after views, or a horse property, this one is a beauty. The pictures show 2 different areas that have been cleared for home sites. The first section is about 5 acres with real nice views which you can see in the pictures and labeled as "lower field". This field would need approx. a 900 foot driveway to get to it and an access has been out in along with culverts to the building location. The second field would need a driveway of approx. 2,500 feet, but once you see the views you will understand it is worth it. Your views are well over 180 degrees, my camera just does not do it justice. This one is not for everyone, but if you want real privacy, and spectacular views,the top field is a one of a kind location!
