120 ACRES NEAR FLORA

120 acres near Flora, Natchitoches Parish. This tract will provide many great recreational experiences for the deer and wood duck hunter. We saw multiple signs fresh and older signs of wildlife use. Great wildlife habitat. Excellent hunting for deer and wood ducks.

The trail at the north end of the property runs through approximately 8 acres of pine trees and then enters a hardwood flat. The timber was cut on the property approximately 18 years ago. There are a variety of oaks, sweetgums, elms, and other wetland hardwood species native to the area.

A slough runs through the southern portion of the property. This area is home to wood ducks and potentially other waterfowl at times. The slough feeds into Kisatchie Bayou, which runs south of the property.
