The Huttig 120 Tract is +/-120 acres located in southeast Union County, Arkansas near the town of Huttig. The tract was clearcut in the summer of 2009 and was replanted in February of 2010 with Weyerhaeuser 2nd Generation North Louisiana seedling on an 8X8 foot spacing. From intersection of Hwy 82 and 275 at Strong go south on 275 1 mile and turn east on 129. Travel east on 129 for just over 7 miles to a gated gravel road on the south side (right side) of the highway with a temporary gate combination of 8-5-6-7. Travel south down gravel road 1 ¾ miles to woods road on left (east) with pink Kingwood flagging at intersection. Travel down woods road 1/16 mile to west line of tract. A Kingwood Land for Sale sign and Kingwood flagging are on small pine tree at west line of tract. Most of the property boundaries are well marked with boundary paint.
