This is a very neat cattle/hunting ranch located in a very beautiful part of the state. There is a nice two story 2 to 3 BR home with beautiful views of the praries. The ranch is fenced and cross fenced. I liked the entrance to the ranch as it is private yet very accessable. The home sits on a hill with a long driveway leading to the home. There is plenty of good hunting habitat and there are several good cattle ponds as well as wildlife ponds. This ranch could easily be made into a show place with some family making it their permanent residence. This is a must see ranch that offers a ton of possibilities on a smaller and manageable acreage. There are several older but very usable barns and outbuildings.
