A nice place to build a home and raise livestock just a few miles out of the small town of Goldthwaite. About one-fourth of the property is on a high hill overlooking a wide valley with the view of San Saba Peak in the distance. The rest of the property is fertile valley land with a small cultivated field and native grasses. Live Oak, Shin Oak, Mesquite & Juniper trees are scattered about, but more dense on the hill. There is one shared pond (tank), a water well with an old windmill and good fences. The hunting is good.
