The Lewisville 120 Tract (#7048) consists of an excellent 1994 loblolly pine plantation plus natural pine-hardwood stands. A first thinning on the property was completed in December of 2008 with a target residual basal area of 80 square feet per acre. The hardwood was also harvested during this thinning to promote residual pine growth.

This tract is located two miles southeast of Lewisville, Arkansas, just past the U.S. Naval surveillance station. Access is provided by a gated private gravel road that bisects the tract. Several other owners use this road to their land through this tract. Adjoining owners are mix of private and industrial owners. Gate can be opened with combination lock 2253.
