The Gaddy tract is located on the edge of southern Dillon County near Sellers. The tract is a total of ±120 acres with the majority of it's make up consisting of a three year old bedded pine plantation with excellent survival. The balance of the forested acres consist of a small drain. The tract also has a power and gas line that could make great places for planting food plots. The tract is a great timber investment with lots of deer and turkeys for recreation. The Woods road offers great access to the tract but there is no interior road system at this time.
From Sellers take Highway 301 south toward Florence. Travel .41 miles and take a right onto Slabtown Road. Go across the rail road tracts and and take a right onto Church Street. Take Church street a short distance and the Woods Road will be on the left. Go left onto the Woods Road and in about a half of a mile the tract will be on both sides of the road.
