Highway 51 provides over one-quarter mile frontage with Cole Road providing additional access. Terrain is rolling. Soils consist of fine sandy loam. Site index averages 80 feet on fifty year base. Tract contains a mature stand of pine timber. Pine reproduction and saplings were released south of Highway 51 by aerial spraying in the fall of 2007. Boundary lines are in excellent condition.
