Situated just south of the state line lies the Sweat Swamp Tract. With exception of two high and dry building lots at the end of Dunes Court, the majority of this tract is confined to the limits of Sweat Swamp that is known as an excellent wintering area for waterfowl in northeastern S.C. and along the greater Pee Dee Migration Route through S.C. The tract is just over a mile from the confluence with the Little Pee Dee River. On the western side, the tract borders the outfall of McLaurin Lake and spans all the way to Judson Road to the south and over a mile to the north along Sweat Swamp. The two lots and the transition area at the end of Dunes Court is just over 2 acres in size with an existing concrete pad and power pole already in place for a cabin, house, or mobile home.
