LIVESTOCK OPERATION: This ranch has been used as a yearling operation for several years. The present operation has been running 650 yearlings a year depending on the rain fall, or the ranch will carry 300 pairs. This ranch is located in a part of the state that is very well situated for year round production, with the winters being fairly open.
IMPROVEMENTS: The ranch has a good set of corrals with a working ally, squeeze chute and livestock scales. Fences are new to good condition and the present operator has installed cattle guards on all the ranch for ease of operation. The ranch has 13 pastures with plenty of water in each pasture for your livestock.
WILDLIFE: The Loudder Ranch is home to Pronghorn Antelope, Mule Deer, Dove and Blue Quail.
AREA: Logan, New Mexico is home to Ute Lake on the Canadian River. Ute is a recreational lake with no water being used for irrigation so the lake maintains its water level better than most lakes in the West. Ute Lake also boasts a Jack Nicholas design golf course.
