This very productive property is located just a few minutes east of Lometa in Lampasas County on paved FM 581. The ranch has good perimeter and division fences. There are three main pastures and a trap pasture around the barn and pens. The barn is constructed of metal with an open shed area and an enclosed storage room. The pens are constructed of pipe and heavy duty enough to handle any kind of livestock.
There are 2 good water wells on the property. The well by the barn is about 280 feet deep and produces about 40 gallons per minute. It has an electric submersible pump on it. The terrain is gently rolling with some nice views. Most of the brush has been removed, resulting in very good grass for the livestock with some cultivatable land. Even though the property doesn't have much tree & brush cover, the deer and dove hunting is good.
