The tract has around 98 acres of 2020 bedded and planted loblolly pine, and 18 acres of flat planted 2018 loblolly pine all with great survival. There are a few great house spots on the tract and power is also available from the Old Georgetown road and Old Farm road. This part of the South Carolina has heavy and very productive soils, providing a good mix of farm land and forested land that deer, turkey and other wildlife thrive in. It is close enough to the coast without the coastal prices and population. There is also future potential for adding more acres from some surrounding smaller tracts.
