Timber is all bottomland hardwoods with lots of willow oak and white oaks. Excellent interior 4-wheeler roads throughout for access. Several small food plots and gas lines provide areas for deer stands. The duck hole on the north end provided owners with good early and late season duck hunting. Owner has recently completed a lot of dozer work to levee up the duck to hold more water in the winter and to faciliate access around the water.

The tract is bordered by Russell Sage WMA on 2 sides. This provides outstanding backup habitat for deer and small game.
