The Land & Vegetation:

This is a versatile property with about half of it being Coastal Bermuda grass pasture and the other half is heavy tree and brush cover. The elevation gently rises from the front (south end) and continues to rise almost to the back (north end) where it gently drops back down. The higher elevation in the middle of the property offers some good views and nice building sites. The trees and brush consist of Live Oak, Post Oak, Elm, Mesquite, Bee Brush, Agarita, Texas Persimmon and much more. Just right for sheltering those big Whitetail bucks, dove and quail.

The grasses, both native and improved, offer superb grazing for livestock. There is a small set of livestock pens.
