woods. You will find towering rock cliff faces, multiple waterfalls, Silver Lake, The Rocking Chair Lakes, the Dead River, beaver dams,
moose and adventures into areas barely ever touched by man. Silver Lake is only a half mile away and is a substantial body of water
great for fishing. It is a peaceful lake and remote enough to not be heavily used. Hiking and snowshoeing enthusiasts are drawn to the
challenging terrain and enchanting solitude of the old growth forests and the breathtaking views from the Mulligan Cliffs of the Valleys
and the Basins below. Countless small lakes can be accessed only by foot and the adventures are well worth it. The property adjoins a
vast area of CFA land which you are welcome to use and enjoy numbering in the 1000's of aces. The cabin has some conveniences like
a toilet and a well to provide water. There is a great big loft which could sleep a bunch and a private bedroom on the main floor also. A
screen porch looks over the Mulligan also and a wood fired sauna is always refreshing. A must for any yooper camp. This is an excellent
deer camp, but also would make a tremendous trappers cabin with the vast areas of waterways, remote swamps and thick forests
providing great habitat for the animals. This has been a place where many great times and memories have been had with family and
friends for many years. Whether with a group or are escaping alone you will enjoy the serenity and beauty of this land so far from man
made light that the stars pierce the night skies and the brilliance of The Northern Lights are seen in all their sensational colors. Fall leaf
viewing is spectacular. If you are looking for a snowmobilers camp this would be a great place to hide away and ride the trails
endlessly. The area is so scenic you will love the ride up to the cabin so please give your Realtor a call and take a look today.
