The tame pasture is well established Bermuda and fescue tame pasture with some clover intermixed. The bottomland portion of this land can be used for hay meadow as well as pasture. This pasture responds well to fertilization and the primary limitations on carrying capacity are the amount of input costs the operation wishes to absorb. The woods pasture is located primarily along Sand Creek which traverses the property from the southwest to the northeast, providing seasonal grazing, livestock shelter and wildlife habitat.
