JUST REDUCED. The Texas Big Tree Registry which is sponsored by the Texas A&M Forest Service currently recognizes that the largest Chinaberry tree in the State of Texas is located on this property. The tree was planted in approx. 1961 and as of 4/5/11 the circumference was 166" a height of 51' and a crown of 70'.
A nice combination of ranching / hunting property with 2 older homes in fair condition. One is a 4/2 and the other is a 3/2 which is located near the Chinaberry tree. Both house have window units. There is another structure that was moved in and has been renovated somewhat but not completed. There are 2 active water wells that furnish water to each house and for the livestock troughs. The old barns, shed and pens are probably older than the tree and have seen their better days.

A nice combination of soils are on this rolling tract which has a some open areas, scattered regrowth, and heavier native brush which provide a nice wildlife habitat. An old caliche pit is located about midway back of this property. Property is believed to include part of the FM road. A survey will be needed. Surface sale only since the owners have no mineral rights.

From Beeville take FM 673 north toward Mineral/Pawnee. Property is located about 9 miles from Beeville on the west/left hand side of the road. There are 3 entrances to the property. One to each house and one on the northernmost side going back to the old caliche pit.
