Facilities include a large show barn with sixteen stalls, a 100' X 150' covered arena with air conditioned viewing area , separate barns for stallions and broodmares plus a complete breeding/vet lab set up for stallion collection and artificial insemination. Training amenities include a covered round pen, a 150' lighted round pen and a six horse walker. There are thirteen pipe and cable paddocks with loafing sheds, many turnout pens and working pens and a covered livestock handling facility. There is a 10,000 square foot metal building for hay storage with a large open covered area for equipment storage and to park trucks and trailers.
The ranch house is a cowboys delight featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a wood burning fireplace, nice kitchen - a very comfortable place to rest after a long day of riding or working cattle.
