Wooded lot with numerous building sites and long road frontage. Land sits above the road on a ridge then drops back to a small creek.

Many mature trees keep the undergrowth down and give shelter to a wide variety of wildlife. Deer hunting is particularly popular in this area.

The James River is less than a mile away. With a little effort boaters can access the river at Stapleton or a little further upstream at Galts Mill.

The Stapleton Road going south turns into Galts Mill Road at Stapleton and then follows the James River. Eventually Galts Mill Road ends up in Madison Heights. Going the other way, the Stapleton Road follows the James River and ends up on Rt 60.
