The tract is located between Highway 67 and Interstate 30, two miles west of Hope, Arkansas. Access is from County Road 21 and a woods road off County Road 21 through adjoining timberland. Terrain is flat to gently rolling. Soils consist of silty clay loams. Site index averages 80 feet on fifty year base. Tract contains a stand of well stocked first-thinned pine plantation approximately 18 years old (eastern part of tract) and a heavily-stocked ash stand on the western part of the tract.
