Independent forestry/ recreation in excellent stands of Southern Loblolly Pine with some mixed hardwood. Access by good, recorded, easement road from the end of Tom Marsh Rd.(county maintained). Situated near the Segno Oil Field and part of Louisiana-Pacific Forest Lands.

On the North (104 Acre) Tract, about 100 acres was thinned in 2013. Of the remaining 31 acres, roughly 19 is of the same age as the thinned, but wasnt thinned. About 6 acres is a hardwood/pine mix and another 6 acres along the north side of the road on the eastern side of the tract is slightly younger and probably planted in 2006.
