The ranch headquarters also includes a 30x36, gable roofed Mueller insulated metal building with 2 garage doors, 2 sliding doors, a walk thru door and skylights. It also has utilities in place if you decide to convert it to additional living space.

The ranch overlooks Spring Creek Valley and has approximately 100 feet of elevation change. The Edwards Formation limestone escarpment transverses the ranch is fossil rich. These awesome formations form seasonal waterfalls and streams that feed the stock pond.

Land and wildlife management has been an ongoing project for the cureent owners. Management plans have been geared toward enhancing habitat to retain the deer, turkey and migratory birds and maximize the property for recreational use, The existing stock pond was drained, re-designed the dam rebuilt in 2008 to enhance the fish habitat, as well as creating a resting spot for migratory waterfowl. The property is currently taxed with an agricultural exemption.
