This is a great all around recreation, hunting and building spot located on chip and seal road in Saint Clair County Missouri. There is a entrance gate to the property off the county rd, with electric available. Nice trail system through the property to get around. Approximately 8 acre bottom field that would be perfect for food plots. It sits beside two creeks, one is wet weather the other is a spring fed creek with always water in it. There were deer rubs and scrapes all over this tract of ground. It borders corp ground on the north side if someone needs more land to explore on. There are several vantage spots to look across the valley and see Truman Lake. It is very close to the lake , only thing that is between it and the lake is corp ground. Good mature timber and lots of white oak for the deer eating acorns. Owner has hunted this tract for lots of years, and has always had good luck hunting here. 15 minutes to Osceola or 30 minutes to Warsaw, Mo Tracts like this do not come around often
