Most of this tract has be previously cut over. There are still areas with scattered trees and natural regrowth. The area is known for a large whitetail population and the state record Turkey came from just a few miles away. Hogs are also plentiful in this area. The terrain is mostly high ground with the exception of the creek bottoms surrounded by mature hardwoods. Draws and valleys are also assets to the layout of this tract.
