The 101 Club property is 310+/- acres and spans both sides of the Bayou DeView. It is an active rice and soybean farm offering income and supplemental food sources for local and migrating game. Six miles of three phase power was added in 2017 to allow for the addition of two new electric wells to support farm irrigation and abundant water for waterfowl. The property has a revised road system and new water control structures for regulating seasonal water depth for duck hunting.
