The tract is bounded on 3 sides by large blocks of timberland providing good backup habitat for deer and hogs. A small cypress slough in the bottom would likely provide some wood duck shoots when the winter rains or the river fills it.
Location: The tract is located approx. 0.5 miles north of the ferry road on Hwy 124 at Enterprise, LA. Look for a RecLand sign on the east side of the road.
