Great combination hunting/cattle property. Located just a few miles southeast of Morris this property is accessible from N4070 road or you can come in on the dead section from the east off N4080 road. The property is about 40% wooded with 60% open pasture. A creek winds through the middle of the property which is lined with big timber along with some dense thickets. If you look at the aerial you can see this line of timber along the creek creates a major access to the crop fields planted on three sides of this property. The pastures consist of native grasses including both big and little bluestem, switchgrass, Indian grass, and bermuda. There have been cattle ran on the property but some electric fencing was added. There are multiple ponds and a great location on the west to build a home overlooking one of the larger ponds. Available properties around the Morris area are rare, so I would guess this one will be gone quickly.
