Property is easy to walk with elevations from 900' to 1,000'. Rectangular shaped with about 2,775' on back boundary, 2,550' to the west and 3,000' on the east.
There is a gas line running through the center of the property which makes a wonderful trail! There's two small creeks running from the SE corner into the heart of the property that also provide fresh water for the wildlife.
I found deer rubbings and scrapings all over the place! We're putting it on the market for this hunting season at a great price.

You are welcome to walk the property and see for yourself! It is beautiful right now! That gas line is lined with golden leaves and the trees form a canopy over your head!
Take your camera! You'll want some pictures of this one! My husband and I stirred up 4 deer and more squirrells than we could count! Follow Farnsworth back to the Mead gate and you'll see a great trail into our property on the left. You can follow it past the pond in the picture and then on to a trail that goes south to the gas line. That will take you to another trail leading back north to the front of the property. The gas line crosses one of the creeks. You can easily walk across it. Enjoy your adventure!
